Begin your Malaysia Day morning feeling refreshed and energised with Ninie Ahmad’s signature yoga session, as she guides you through a teaser of the upcoming Sucimurni Retreat happening at Tanjong Jara Resort on the 27th to 29th October.

Meaning pure and fresh in Malay, the Sucimurni rooftop session will begin at 7.30am with breathing exercises intended to calm the mind and renew the spirit, followed by a sequence of uplifting and restoring stretches. Light refreshments will be served after the yoga session, provided by Rawsome, Minum Minum and Amazin’ Graze.

Ninie is a celebrated Malaysian yoga teacher who has 16 years of teaching experience. She is the founder of Upward Yoga in Saujana Resort and also the pioneer ambassador for Lululemon Malaysia.
