Join the Yoga Gives Back Charity Fundraiser: A Day of Yoga, Sound Therapy, and Community in Singapore

On June 22nd, Singapore’s yoga community will unite for a unique charity event: the Yoga Gives Back Charity Fundraiser. This event, organised by Yoga Gives Back Singapore Ambassador Wendy Chan, Founder and Lead Trainer of Yoga Seeds., promises a full day of yoga, sound therapy, uplifting music, and a strong sense of community, all dedicated to giving back to India, the birthplace of yoga.

Event Highlights

This extraordinary event is a collaboration between local yoga studios and international guest teachers, including Yoga Gives Back Ambassadors from Radhika Yoga Japan. The event will be held at Mudita Yoga SG, located at 761A North Bridge Road, and will run from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

A Diverse Agenda of Transformative Sessions

  • 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Sunrise Yin Yang Flow with Fizzy (Mudita Yoga SG) Kick off the day with Fizzy’s Sunrise Flow Yin Yang Yoga, a dynamic blend of energizing flow and soothing yin. This session aims to awaken your strength and vitality, setting a balanced tone for the day.
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Inside Flow with Julia and Aly (Inside Flow SG) Dive into Inside Flow, where vinyasa flow meets music. Guided by Julia and Aly, you’ll synchronize your breath with a curated playlist, creating a joyful and expressive yoga experience.
  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Meditation and Aromatherapy Yoga with Go and Mayumi (Radhika Yoga Japan) Experience the profound combination of yoga asanas and essential oils. Go and Mayumi will lead a session in both Japanese and English, enhancing your focus and serenity through mindful movement and guided meditation.
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: MYRing Yoga with Angie (Yoga In Common) Join Angie for MYRing Yoga, a fusion of yoga and myofascial release techniques. This session aims to correct imbalances, relieve tension, and unlock your full potential on the mat.
  • 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Nada Flow with Meiyan (Yoga Seeds) Explore the power of sound in Nada Flow. Meiyan will guide you through a practice that combines music, mantras, and movement, culminating in a sound meditation that honors both dynamic and intuitive expression.
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Stretch and Sound Bath with San (Mudita Yoga SG) San’s session will help you release tension through gentle stretches, followed by a healing sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation and inner peace.
  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Bhakti Yoga: Kirtan Singing with Wendy and Meiyan (Yoga Seeds) End the day with a heartwarming Kirtan session led by Wendy and Meiyan. Gather with the community to chant and sing, celebrating interconnectedness and generosity. All donations from this session will support charitable causes, reflecting the spirit of giving back.
