Training in a pack has been said to enhance your performance, as with training with others who are better than you. Swimming, cycling, running – there is so much to do in triathlon. So let us improve ourselves during this remainder of the RMCO when there are no races in the horizon.

IRONMAN Malaysia has organised a few initiatives to enable you to diversify your training with partners – RC Coaching, Dynamique Sports Rehab Centre and Cycology.

Starting this Saturday, 19th September, RC Coaching is organising a long run based on Heart Rate Zone 2 around Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur. From October till December, progress further in triathlon through learning how to run better, swim stronger, cycle faster with RC Coaching in various clinics for children and adults. There will also be a triathlon simulation, so get ready for it.

Follow up on two wheels to prepare for your bike leg in upcoming races. Based in Petaling Jaya, Cycology will give you an experience in bike spinning simulation and some sessions in maintenance and caring for your bicycle.

As you progress in your triathlon training, it is important to learn how to protect yourself from getting hurt with proper stretching techniques with Dynamique Sports Rehab Centre. They will be conducting theory and practical sessions on stretching before and after training, for Open Water Swim and will also hold a special women-only session.
