Slovakia is set to welcome the 2022 World Triathlon Multisport Championships for the Long Distance, Aquathlon and Aquabike events. Hosted in Samorin, the events will be hosted at the iconic x-bionic® sphere sports complex from 18-21 August 2022.
Triathlon, Aquathlon and Aquabike events in different distances will be featured in this championship.
Elite and age-group athletes will contest for world titles at the 2022 World Triathlon Long Distance World Championships. The race is 100km in total, consisting of 2km swim, 80km bike and 18km run.

The 2022 World Aquathlon Championships will cater to the elite, U23, junior and age-group categories. They will be raring to win the fast and furious race over a 1km swim and 5km run.
Meanwhile, only age-groupers are allowed to compete in the Aquabike race over a 2km swim and 80km bike course.
