Kailas Malaysia and Wind Runners orchestrated an invigorating hiking clinic at Bukit Lagong, setting the stage for the much-anticipated Bukit Lagong Challenge 2024. The event, held on 13 November 2023, not only prepared participants for the upcoming challenge but also celebrated the shared love for outdoor adventure.

Lee Teck Wai, Manager of Wind Runners, shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “Partnering with Kailas Malaysia allowed us to elevate outdoor experiences. The clinic was a shared journey of pushing boundaries and embracing the thrill of the great outdoors.”

Nestled in Selangor, the Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve served as the perfect backdrop. Boasting over 100 species of birds and mammals, the reserve features the popular Bukit Lagong Trail, offering a tranquil escape for hikers, runners, and walkers.

Jeff Ooi, Founder of Lumen Sports and organiser of the Bukit Lagong Challenge 2024, described the clinic as a sneak peek into the grandeur of the upcoming challenge, “The clinic was a showcase of enthusiasm and commitment from participants, offering a glimpse into the extraordinary spirit that will define the Bukit Lagong Challenge 2024.”

The upcoming Bukit Lagong Challenge 2024 is scheduled for February 17th and 18th, offering three categories: 60km, 36km, and 12km challenges. Those interested in participating can register by clicking here.
