Test of Will is Asia’s most advanced urban fitness challenge brought to you by Under Armour. The second edition offers everyday athletes the chance to compete in a simple 4-minute trial in their local Heats. The winners of the Heats will go through to the Final in Kuala Lumpur where they will fight it out for a cash prize.

National heats will run through Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila, Brunei and Singapore, AND registration is FREE so you don’t have any excuses on missing out on the biggest test of your will this year!

In the heats, competitors will complete a 4-minute circuit consisting of functional training exercises to challenge your strength, endurance and power. Make burpees your best friend, start training in weights for the One-Arm Thrusters, Sandbag throw and tone your physique with the TRX Row. You will score one point for each rep completed, and the competitor with the highest score at the end of the Heats in each country will go to the Final.
