Just when you think CrossFit is over for the year, look out for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Invitational which will be held at the General Motors Centre in Toronto, Canada on Nov. 20.

The Invitational is CrossFit’s all-star game, with the fittest men and women from each section of the globe coming together to compete. The two-hour competition will be streamed live to Games.CrossFit.com and YouTube.com/CrossFit.

Like last year, CrossFit will host a friendly Affiliate Competition on Saturday, Nov. 19., allowing fans who purchase tickets a chance to compete on the Invitational floor.

Canada’s women – Camille Leblanc-Bazinet and Emily Abbott won the team speed clean while European men – Jonne Koski and Guomundsson won the men’s. Team Pacific made a comeback to win the ‘Push, Lift, Flip’ and moved their team up to third overall.

Team USA was leading by 2 points coming into the fifth event, and won convincingly to win the overall title followed by Pacific, Canada and Europe.

Who will lift the competition this year? (pun intended)
