There are various categories and distances to suit everyone from beginners (Dash) to show-offs (Ultra) so ring up your friends to spread the love. All you need is your best swim stroke and your running shoes.
Event Categories
- ULTRA
2.25km swim / 21km run (Men / Women) – open to all Age-Groups except Juniors - STANDARD
1.5km swim / 10.5km run (Men / Women) – open to all Age-Groups except Juniors - SPRINT
750m swim / 5km run (Men / Women) – open to all Age-Groups & Juniors above 15 - DASH
300m swim / 2km run (Male / Female) – only for Juniors & newbies - RELAY
Ultra, Standard and Sprint distances (Men / Women/ Mixed) – open to all Age-Groups & Juniors above 15. Dash Relays are meant for Juniors and newbies
