Les Mills Asia Pacific celebrated a fitness milestone with its 100th RPM release, hosting a global event at Carriageworks in Sydney. Over 1,000 enthusiasts joined 22 RPM Trainers and Presenters, including Program Director Glen Ostergaard, Sarah Ostergaard, and former Master Trainer Lee Smith.
The day featured six Masterclasses, including four RPM100 workouts and two ‘Best of RPM’ sessions with unique playlists from the past 100 releases. Six hundred participants attended in person, while 450 globally joined via a live-streamed session.
Virtual attendees praised the flawless experience, with Cheryl Keating noting the “absolutely flawless” live-stream and Wendy Altinors expressing enthusiasm for joining at 4 am in the UK.
Ryan Hogan, Les Mills Asia Pacific CEO, highlighted the 25-year journey of RPM, emphasising the commitment to quality workouts and innovation. “So, every three months, for 25 years, we’ve released a new RPM workout for Instructors, Club Partners and members. That’s 100 workouts’ worth of scientific research, sensational music, choreography, and Masterclass video production (which are used by Instructors to help them learn the Quarterly Releases!”
