IRONMAN 70.3 Desaru Coast is the newest addition to the IRONMAN Asia event calendar.
The inaugural event will be held as part of a wider Desaru Coast Multisport Festival. The festival will have the first 5150 Triathlon event in Malaysia as well as a SPRINT Triathlon and IRONKIDS. The event will be the third IRONMAN location to be held in Malaysia, and the first in the southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia.
Desaru Coast, a popular holiday destination on the eastern shores of Johor and is ideal for first time triathletes due to its pristine nature of sand, sea and jungle, a setting that offers no distraction and pure focus on the race ahead.
