Almond Cocoa Apple Trail Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup cane sugar (completely optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa or cacao
Directions
- Mix together.
- Bake for 40 minutes in 9 x 9 pan at 300F.
