SPARTAN 300: Strength Workout of the Day

Your race is closing in and you should amp up your training. No other training is more inspiring than the Spartan 300.

Warm-up

  • Jump Rope – 3 minutes
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • 10 Wide Push ups

Main Set

  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 box jumps
  • 100 crunches
  • 30 bodyweight squats
  • 30 side kicks (each side)
  • 100 high knees (50 each leg)
  • 30 jumping lunges
  • 30 squat jumps

SPRINT & SUPER: X1

BEAST & TRIFECTA: X2

  • Stretch
