MANGO AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
Directions
- Add frozen mango, avocado, hemp seeds, and almond milk into blender.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds.
- If consistency is too thick for your liking, add water and re-blend.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
