ICYMI (In case you missed it), the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games has announced the first 2 events of the multi-day world championships.

Hosted in Madison, capital of Wisconsin state in the USA and sometimes known as ‘The City of Four Lakes’, it’s no surprise that the CrossFit Games will naturally feature swimming. Dave Castro, the Games Director announced an aquathlon – run-swim-run as the first event with just a marker pen and a notepad via Instagram.

This just in, hot off the (digital) press. Once again, the Games Director has thrown a spanner into the works with a mountain bike in Event 2. Will it feature the regular Assault Bike or will the CrossFit-ers take a ride down some cross-country trails?
