Warm-up
75 jumping jacks or jog 5-10 minutes
Dynamic warm-up

Main set
For 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:

  • 3 burpees
  • 6 push-ups (any variation)
  • 9 bodyweight squats
  • Rest 3 minutes.
  • Repeat this 3 minute interval 2-6 times.

Cool Down
Stretch
