75 jumping jacks or jog 5-10 minutes
Dynamic warm-up
Main set
For 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:
- 3 burpees
- 6 push-ups (any variation)
- 9 bodyweight squats
- Rest 3 minutes.
- Repeat this 3 minute interval 2-6 times.
