We are participating in the 22nd September Reebok One Challenge at Putrajaya!
Since Viper Challenge just a few weeks ago, we have been cross training for this and can’t wait for this one. Last weekend’s challenge with DailyMuscle Body Transformation Camp, we understood the importance on running and cardio, since then we have been running with a group of veteran runners twice a week to improve in this area.
