Team Chocolate Milk is looking for you!
The BUILT WITH CHOCOLATE MILK™ campaign has launched a search for athletes to join Team CHOCOLATE MILK, a passionate community of over 90 athletes that range from triathlon, basketball, soccer and swimming world champions to everyday exercisers.
All Team CHOCOLATE MILK athletes understand how the high-quality protein and nutrients in low-fat chocolate milk can help them recover and rebuild their muscles after tough workouts so they can get back out and give it their all in their next workout or competition.
For years, elite athletes have trusted low-fat chocolate milk to help them recover after strenuous exercise.
With more than 20 scientific studies now supporting the benefits of recovering with the high-quality protein and nutrients in lowfat chocolate milk after a tough workout, thousands of exercisers have also adopted chocolate milk as their recovery beverage of choice.
By earning a spot on Team CHOCOLATE MILK, amateur athletes will join a team that boasts some of the world’s toughest and most talented competitors who recover with chocolate milk including soccer world champion Kelley O’Hara; basketball star, Kevin Love; gold medal swimmers Jessica Hardy and Tyler Clary; 5X triathlon world champion, Craig “Crowie” Alexander; and 3X triathlon world champion, Mirinda “Rinny” Carfrae.
“As chocolate milk has become a legitimate post-workout beverage, it’s been amazing to see the passion for it among so many elite and everyday athletes who are serious about their performance,” said Miranda Abney, Marketing Director for Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP), which runs the BUILT WITH CHOCOLATE MILK campaign. “We want to share that passion and show how an effective recovery routine is BUILT WITH CHOCOLATE MILK by rewarding even more athletes with a coveted spot on Team CHOCOLATE MILK.”
Now through July 14, 2016, athletes can apply to join Team CHOCOLATE MILK and earn branded training and race gear free race entries to Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series races nationwide, plus other perks.
Applying to join the team is easy. Upload a photo or video using #JoinTCM and tagging @Chocolate_Milk on Twitter or @BuiltWithChocolateMilk on Instagram. Each submission should explain how low-fat chocolate milk helps you recover after strenuous exercise and plays a role in your post-workout routine.
Entries will be evaluated based on expression of enthusiasm, originality and creativity, and incorporation of how chocolate milk is a part of your recovery routine.
