Warm-up
- Easy jog
- Few 40 yard runs
Main set
- Run 200 yards,10-30 burpees, recover 2 minutes
- 10-30 burpees, run 200 yards, recover 2 minutes
Cool Down:
Easy jog, then stretch
*200 meters or yards, whatever you want, just stay consistent.
