Becoming a Spartan isn’t all that complicated, you just need to commit to this training session. Then, do it.

Train up your stamina and endurance with this simple yet effective workout.

Warm-up

  • Easy jog
  • Few 40 yard runs

Main set

  • Run 200 yards,10-30 burpees, recover 2 minutes
  • 10-30 burpees, run 200 yards, recover 2 minutes

Cool Down:

Easy jog, then stretch

*200 meters or yards, whatever you want, just stay consistent.
