A medium size kiwifruit provides 1 g protein, 11 g carbohydrates, and 2.6 g dietary fiber (found partly in the edible skin) while only containing 46 calories.

Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories, are also high in antioxidants and has a good balance of essential amino acids, so our bodies should be able to make use of the protein in them.

This combination will definitely pack a punch and spark up your day!


  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon water


  1. Peel kiwis.
  2. Blend ingredients
  3. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes, then enjoy.
