Banana Orange Smoothie with Flaxseeds


  • 1 small banana
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup cold filtered water


  1. Peel the banana and orange. Juice the lemon and grate the ginger root.
  2. Blend everything in a blender for 45-60 seconds.
  3. Serve right away!


Coco-Strawberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk beverage
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Add frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, flaxseeds, and salt to blender.
  2. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add coconut oil and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
