Banana Chocolate Goji Smoothie
Also known as wolfberry, the goji berry is the fruit of a perennial nightshade native to Asia that is closely related to the boxthorn. A traditional staple of Chinese medicine, goji berries are typically dried before being consumed.
Goji berries are an excellent source of antioxidants, boosts your immune system, protect the eyes and skin. Pack some into your smoothies, soups, or salads.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 TBS goji berries
- 2 TBS cacao nibs
- 1 – 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 scoop Boku Super Food
- Soak goji berries in 2 tablespoons of water for 15 minutes.
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend and enjoy.
