When Hussein Mohd Said set up his Mega Water Sports business in Langkawi a few years ago, his focus was primarily to establish and grow his jet ski tour business. That – he achieved – with his jet ski tours consistently among the top 2 ranked tours ranked by TripAdvisor.
Little did this 43 year-old entrepreneur realise what moving from busy Kuala Lumpur to idyllic Langkawi would do for his mind, body and soul. Hussein described himself then as “big, fat and slow”.
It was exactly a year ago that Hussein attempted his first standard distance Triathlon. Hooked with this Triathlon bug – and probably “poisoned” by his peers, Hussein will be attempting his first IRONMAN 70.3 distance tomorrow.
