Head to Langkawi to join Coach Rupert Chen in his IRONMAN Langkawi Training Camp from the 13-17th Oct on Langkawi island in Kedah, Malaysia.
Rupert Chen is a Triathlon coach who has completed IRONMAN Malaysia three times and is also the Brand Ambassador for IRONMAN Asia. Recently, he has qualified for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships 2018 in South Africa and will be featured in IRONMAN’s very own TV show, Quest for Kona in his challenge to qualify for the IRONMAN World Championships 2017 in Hawaii.
Coach Rupert has programmed something specific for the upcoming IRONMAN Malaysia and 70.3 Langkawi race coming up in November. You will be swimming/biking and running at the actual race course everyday to better prepare yourself for the rough and tough challenges.
This camp is suitable for all levels of triathletes as Coach Rupert will be conducting different distances for your different abilities. Also, he will be sharing lots of race / nutrition and training tips. If you cant join the complete schedule, you can opt for a shorter training camp too.
