IRONMAN calls for triathletes to feature in TV series

Want to share your very own journey towards IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii?

For the first time ever, IRONMAN is looking for triathletes to star in their own 30-minute show in the quest for Kona. Due to air later in the year, the series will profile 10 competitors from around the world. IRONMAN will select shots to form the series about perseverance, endurance and being a part of something larger than themselves, physically and emotionally.

Each episode will feature one charismatic and engaging contender as they take on a specific IRONMAN qualifying event, capturing the breathtaking scenery, local culture and unique athletic challenges that each setting presents.

“We are always looking for new opportunities to showcase the extraordinary physical abilities and inspirational journeys of our competitors. This documentary-style program allows us to go into greater depth as we share the sacrifices and commitment that IRONMAN athletes demonstrate to reach their goals,” said Christopher Stadler, Chief Marketing Officer of IRONMAN.
