Start off the free workout session with a Movement Training by Hansen Lee, followed by 25 mins of Circuit Training by Jeremy Ng, ending with 15 mins of Warm Down Yoga by Hansen Lee.

Movement Training is a free and organic way to engage the body and utilizing every muscle and joint. It helps stimulate the central nervous system to adapt to new movement patterns.

While, Circuit Training incorporates high intensity of training to build endurance and strength using proper method and exercise techniques and helps to improve functional performance and stamina.

Participants are required to gather at the Under Armour KLCC Brand House in Suria KLCC half an hour before the event to fill in an indemnity form.
