A little girl named Bella Grills in London has the perfect reason, if you ever needed a reason to sweat it out at your next CrossFit session.
London’s new Crossfit box in the city, CrossFit Hardcharger are hosting a row-athon and Crossfit competition to raise money for the six-year-old girl in the neighbourhood. Bella is autistic and non-verbal, and her family has been struggling to get her a service dog.
“It basically costs about 15 thousand dollars to train and feed this service dog,” said Crossfit Hardcharger owner Jacob Floyd.
“CrossFit Hardcharger is a new but great community and we help each other out, whether it be helping my members learn how to climb a rope or help people in the community that need it,” continued Floyd.
The fundraiser will be this Saturday, June 4th at Crossfit Hardcharger in London, one row, one push up or one rope climb at a time.
