An inspiring story of how this police officer survived a car crash that could have killed him.
Thanks to his two years odd of training with Crossfit, his body manage to take the impact from the crash. The injuries that he sustained were broken ribs 3-7 on left side, two floating ribs on the left side were displaced, a partially collapsed lung, a fractured sacrum, a fractured lumbar vertebrate, a partially lacerated liver, pelvis broken in two places, separated pubic symphysis, and urinary bladder hematoma. And despite the injury, his body was able to control the blood pressure and the strong core manage to protect and hold his vital organs in places.
best of all, he is shrugging it all off and looking for a full recovery.
