Basic bodyweight exercises need to be mastered before moving on to more difficult lifts and movements. A strong base can be laid with only a few primitive materials.
Warm-up
- Dynamic warm-up
- Jump rope or jog 10 minutes
Main set
- 15 burpees
- 10 push-ups
- 15 walking lunges, each leg
- 15 push-ups
- Belly crawl 25 yards x 2
- Bear crawl 25 yards x 2
- 15 stone/log/sandbag squats
Repeat 1-4 times.
Run 20 minutes.
Cool Down: Stretch
