Warm-up
- Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.
- Jump rope/jog 5-10 minutes.
Main set
Do one minute of each:
- Mountain climbers
- Push-ups
- Planks
- Pull-ups
- Sit-ups
- Squat jumps
Repeat main set if needed.
Cool Down:
