Bodyweight exercise circuits you can do without a gym


So the Spartan Races are looming and you need to workout but don’t have a gym? Don’t worry, here are some exercises you can do anywhere, anytime without a gym and still be sweating it out.

  • Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.
  • Jump rope/jog 5-10 minutes.

Main set

Do one minute of each:

  • Mountain climbers
  • Push-ups
  • Planks
  • Pull-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Squat jumps

Repeat main set if needed.
