Dubai: Salem Mohammad Al Ali was crowned champion at the end of the CrossFit Ramadan Championships that was held on the sidelines of the Shaikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Football Championship being held at the Dubai Police Officers Club.
More than 70 athletes from across the UAE competed for the title held over two days in getting the fittest man based on a series of exercises and activities.
Participants were made to go through activities to test their muscle strength, along with their ability to cope with four major health programmes that tested their fitness, stamina and speed.
At the end of two days of competitions, Al Ali bagged the top spot with seven points leaving Badr Mohammad Nouri finished second while Mohammad Taher completed the podium.
