So you’re stuck at home, but no excuses! These killer WODs will leave you feeling smashed but accomplished at the same time.

Fitness Instructor Tyler Manzo of BRICK New York has provided 5 brutal CrossFit workouts so that you’re never without inspiration when you can’t get out of the house. All you need is a pullup bar, and a little will power.

WOD 1 – Hit this hard

6 rounds
10 Pushups
15 V-ups
20 Jumping Air Squats

WOD 2 – Hard and fast

7 min AMRAP – As Many Reps As Possible
10 Air Squat
10 V-ups
10 Burpee

3 min rest

7 min AMRAP
10 Lunges
10 Mountain Climber
10 Pushups

WOD 3 – Work hard and enjoy the rest

20 minute EMOM – Every minute on the minute
Minute 1: 15 Pushups
Minute 2: 10 Pullups
Minute 3: 15 Situps
Minute 4: 20 Lunges

WOD 4 – Core and leg burner

20 Mountain Climber
20 Situps
20 Air Squats
20 Lunges

WOD 5 – The Murph, best CrossFit Classic WOD
