Fellow Powerman participants, IRONMAN finisher and Triathlon Coach Rupert Chen , Ziq Jun (Elite duathlete), Aimi Iwasaki (SUKMA Cycling gold medallist) and Joseph Dolcetti (strength and conditioning) will be conducting a duathlon clinic in preparation for the race.

This is a duathlon clinic in preparation for Powerman 2018 race. Limited to 50 slots, RM20 for non-student and FOC for RC Coaching students.

The Clinic will include duathlon race strategy, race nutrition, fastest transition including flying mount + transition setup and strength + conditioning for best performance. There will also be a simulation on the Powerman actual race route 5km run + 30km bike + 5km run with transition practice.

Sponsors of the day Jiakina will be providing gifts for best performance male and female duathlete of the day, while Lila will allow participants to test their products + providing freebies, Mulebar will provide gels for duathlon session and Veloforce will provide test carbon wheels.
