Coach Karen Siah has been conducting a series of 12 unique running clinics over 6 months highlighting specific running skills and techniques.

What you’ll gain out of this clinic:
– How to do Running Intervals

In this 6th #bukitpuchong Running Clinic, Coach Karen will be focusing on running intervals. Basically, this means short bursts of speed work in your runs, going from a slow jog to a fast sprint! By doing this, you train your fast twitch muscles to efficiently draw power from your muscles in the shortest amount of time to propel you forward faster.

If you start incorporating more intervals into your training sessions, you will beat your Personal Best Time. It’s that simple.
