Mango Avocado Smoothie (Spartan.com)

Mangos are an easy and healthy way to throw some variety into your cooking, along with hefty amounts of vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium.

Have a smoothie before or after your workout, refuel yourself and it’s a good source for fiber, too.

MANGO AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk

Directions

  1. Add frozen mango, avocado, hemp seeds, and almond milk into blender.
  2. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
  3. If consistency is too thick for your liking, add water and re-blend.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
