Almond Cocoa Apple Trail Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar (completely optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa or cacao

Directions

  1. Mix together.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes in 9 x 9 pan at 300F.
